Authentication mode is Windows. InfoBurst version is 2021.1 or later. A user browses to <SERVER>:8554/portal and login does not progress past "(looking up your InfoBurst Username...)".
This issue is under investigation.
The issue does not affect portal access within the main InfoBurst user interface. A potential workaround would be to grant portal users access to the main user interface until this issue is resolved. Please open a help desk ticket if you have questions about this issue and/or workaround.
