The following error occurs when browsing projects on a Tableau Platform:

Call to 'getdocumentsinfolder' Failed ==>Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hi Brian,

Related with tableau I also get this with reset schedule at the beginning of my intraday bursts: Action failed :: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Is this related?

Hey Shaan. The solution is to update InfoBurst to the latest version (currently InfoBurst 2023.2).

Hi Bryan, is there any workaround on this issue with an upgrade? I"m facing the same issue as well.

This issue resolved in InfoBurst 2022.2
