No User Logon error after adding Platform Credentials

Add Platform Credentials via user profile then attempt to add a document from that Platform during the same user interface session and the following error occurs:


No Platform Logon was found


This issue is under investigation. To work around the issue, log out of the InfoBurst user interface and log back in then add document.
