The following error occurs on OPEN when a Burst executes:
Error while opening document :: No platform logon was found
The error means the Burst contains one or more items for which the executing InfoBurst user (running Burst or Schedule) does not have Platform Credentials configured. Ensure the user has valid Platform Credentials configured for the target Platform.
