Allow system operators to browse "Users Home" folder

On the online help, system operators can "Create, edit and view all items".

But in "Manage" tab, "Users Home" is not visible.

Admin account is not able to assign ACL on it.

Could you please allow sysops or a group to view the "Users Home" folder?

Hey Manuel. Thanks for the idea. We will be enhancing the System Operator role in InfoBurst 2022.4. SysOp will have full access in Manage. This will include visibility of all folders (including users) and create/edit/delete access.
