Email Message fields in the InfoBurst user interface have a limit of 2048 characters. It is possible to use messages with more than 2048 characters using the @embed Function Macro.
Create a text (.txt) or HTML (.html) file that contains the desired text and save the file to a network folder accessible by InfoBurst (example: Message1.txt)
Add the file to InfoBurst and note the file path (example: /Documents/Messages/Message1)
Add the @embed macro to the Message field (example: [@embed(/Documents/Messages/Message1)])
The text contained in the text/HTML file will be written to the message. There is no limit to message size using this method. You can use InfoBurst Macros and HTML tags in the text/HTML file message. See attached video for example. Sample HTML file attached.
