Crystal SDK Connection Issue (BI 4.3 SP03 Patch 600 and later)

SAP has acknowledged the issue in SAP Note 3392922 and provided the following procedure to work around this issue where BusinessObjects server version is BI 4.3 SP03 Patches 600-800:
- Stop the InfoBurst service
- On the InfoBurst server, make a backup of the following files:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\sapcrypto.dll
- C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\slcryptokernel.dll
- C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\slcryptokernel.dll.sha256
- On the BusinessObjects server, locate the same files (same path) and copy them to the same path on the InfoBurst server, overwriting the existing files
- Start the InfoBurst service

InfoBurst uses the BusinessObject .NET SDK Runtime for Crystal. Starting with BI 4.3 SP03 Patch 600, the SDK fails to connect to the BusinessObjects server. Patches 600 and 700 are affected. We recommend Crystal users not update their BusinessObjects server to BI 4.3 SP03 Patch 600 or later. We will update this forum when SAP announces the BI 4.3 version that resolves this issue.
