The following error occurs on FILTER for a WebI document:

Unable to create drill filter => WSR 00400 : The resource of type "Driller" does not exist.

The following conditions can cause this error:

Drill filter is enabled on one or more report tabs
BusinessObjects user account executing Burst does not have drill/filter access in BusinessObjects
