A File List uses Excel from BusinessObjects. The File List is used as a data source for multiple items in a Burst. The Burst is set to Generation Mode Parallel. In this scenario, the following error occurs on Get Dynamic Parameters:
Unable to get parameter from Source :: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files\InfoSol\InfoBurst\_TMP\AZHkwyTLINJOocIB4aSrdcI.xls' because it is being used by another process.
This issue is under investigation. There are two ways to work around the issue. Either change Generation Mode to Sequential or move the Excel file to another location like Network Folder or SharePoint.
