A Power BI Paginate Report uses Azure Analysis Services as a data source via SSO. In this scenario, the following error occurs on Export:
Export a paginated report with Azure Analysis Services contains SSO enabled is not supported
The error occurs because Microsoft does not support Export of such a report via the Power BI exportToFile API. The limitation is described in the following Microsoft article:
