Memo enhancement - allow options for Cc and Bcc e-mail address

Hello,
When sending e-mails using a Memo, there is currently not an ability to specify e-mail addresses that should be Cc'd or Bcc'd on the messages.
Ideally, this would be able to be specified under the "Options" tab of the Memo where we are able to specify the "Subject" of the e-mail and the "From" address.
