Requirements

Report-level CSV is not a supported format by BusinessObjects. To produce CSV, InfoBurst extracts Excel and converts to CSV. CSV formatting can be influenced by use of report-level formatting in the BI report. To avoid unused space in the resulting Excel which can influence CSV formatting, we recommend the following:

  • Report table must contain column headers
  • Margins are minimized (0px)
  • Report HEADER and FOOTER are disabled
  • Report table block is aligned to top and left edge of report (0px)
  • Report table(s) must have a header row

HTML
  • Perform Split: Select this option then uncheck any report tab(s) to be omitted from the delivery

Database Query

Formatting of HTML output from a database query can be customized by editing the DBQry_Table.css file located in the InfoBurst application root folder (default = C:\Program Files (x86)\InfoSol\InfoBurstPlatform).
