Excel post-processing functions not applied with tab-splitting

Issue
A WebI document contains multiple report tabs. Within the delivery format, the Split Tab option is enabled and select tabs are omitted from the delivery. An Excel Post-Processing function is then configured. The resulting Excel file does not include the post-processing function.
Expected Result
The configured post-processing function is applied to the resulting Excel file(s).
