Create Hyper error "HyperServerProcess Error, only TCP socket connections supported"

The following error occurs during the Create Hyper phase of a burst:
Error generating TDE: HyperServerProcess Error, only TCP socket connections supported
The error occurs because the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 is not present on the InfoBurst server. Installation of this package will resolve the issue.
