HTML5 UI Preview 1 - Users/Groups issue with Oracle repository

InfoBurst repository uses Oracle. Selection of Users or Groups in the Preview 1 version of the HTML5 user interface does not return available users or groups. This issue is under investigation.

This issue is resolved in Build 240.
