Hey Nick. The legacy InfoBurst user interface is Flash-based. Browser developers (Google, Microsoft, etc) will remove Flash from their browsers at the end of the year when Adobe drops support for Flash. InfoBurst Build 240 introduces a new HTML5 user interface that replaces the Flash version.
