Database Connection associated with Event can be deleted

This issue is addressed in InfoBurst 2021.2.

An Event of type Database Query references a database query. The Database Connection from which that query originates can be deleted which which should not be allowed. The Event then cannot be loaded as a result of the connection deletion.
This issue is under investigation.
