Save disabled when creating new repository or connection to existing repository using Winauth

Under Repositories, user attempts to create a new repository or connect to an existing repository using WinAuth (leaving User and Password fields blank). Save button is disabled until values are supplied.


This issue is under investigation.


To work around the issue, use the CreateRepo (create new blank repository) or SwitchRepo (switch to existing repository) utility on the InfoBurst server:


  • Open a remote desktop connection to the InfoBurst server
  • Open a command prompt (Run as administrator) and change directory to the InfoBurst application root folder (default = C:\Program Files\InfoSol\InfoBurstPlatform)
  • Enter CreateRepo or SwitchRepo
  • Follow on-screen prompts
