A Run Command Action executes a long-running process (executable or batch file). This causes various key system process threads to become hung waiting for Windows to respond when the action process is complete.
In 2021.4 InfoBurst will wait for only 5 seconds for a Run Command Action process to complete to avoid tying system resources.
