InfoBurst 2026.1 added the display of NavBarMessage to the browser <TITLE>.
I use NavBarMessage to communicate "news" like planned system outages and tend to use SystemMessage as a greeting or a description of the environment, "Welcome to InfoSol InfoBurst Demos!"
Enhancement request: add checkmarks to both SystemMessage and NavBarMessage, allowing administrator to control whether the message is added to the <TITLE> tag.
