Preparation

Enhancements

Power BI

Data type selection added for Power BI filter. Only applies to Power BI Reports that use a Semantic Model that was not created by InfoBurst.

BusinessObjects

WebI document contains an SAP Variable of type Interval where there is no "previous" date. Workaround added to accommodate for missing date.

System

• Base date of a Date Macro can now be adjusted. Example: [LASTDAYINMONTH<TODAY-2D>,YYYY-MM-DD]
• SAP is deprecating WACS support in BI 4.3 SP05 and later. WACS will still be an option in InfoBurst for older BusinessObjects environments and a new BusinessObjects Platform will default to Tomcat.

Fixed Issues

• WebI REFRESH failure or no data using multicolumn LOV parameter
• File name truncated at first period
• SEND EMAIL error "503 5.5.0 AUTH not permitted on unencrypted session"
• Universe Query error "Cannot post Job to PlatformID with QueueName"
• Repository connection issue when password contains pipe character
• References cleared after removing Burst Item
• Log in issues following time change
• SAP Variable type Interval with no previous date

InfoBurst moves to 64-bit starting with InfoBurst 2021.1. 64-bit means new features, faster performance, and better memory allocation for handling of large data sets. See Release Notes for list of new features in 64-bit. Please review 64-bit Migration before proceeding with a 64-bit installation.
