Send Email retry added. Up to three retries will occur when an SMTP relay request times out.
When a Burst item total processing time exceeds the Max Generation timeout setting, the item processing will be retried based on the system-level RTSRetryMax setting (System > Configuration > RTSRetryMax). Burst option added (Burst > Burst tab > Allow MaxGen Retry) to opt out of Burst item Maximum Generation retry logic.
