BusinessObjects


Allow Invalid Filters option added for Web Intelligence. By default, a Burst that uses filtering will abort of a filter value is supplied that is not in the list of values from report data. This option allows an invalid value to be passed without abort.



Power BI


Tableau


Support added for Tableau Workbook filtering and export to Excel Crosstab format. Filtering to Excel Crosstab format not supported by Tableau in Tableau versions prior to 2025.1. Tableau version must be 2025.1 or later and TBAllowCrosstabFilter must be enabled under System > Configuration > Category:Tableau.



Squirrel


Squirrel Actions added. Execute one or more Actions based on execution of a Database Query from a Squirrel dashboard.


Example Squirrel Action scenario:

  • Squirrel dashboard consumer inputs a specific set of values in a dashboard
  • Input triggers a BI report Burst to execute
  • Burst automatically delivers PDF version of BI report to Squirrel dashboard consumer



System

  • View CC/BCC recipients in email message saved to Review or Test Email
  • Option added to trace and view Database Query performance
  • SQL Server Max Pool Size increased to 250
  • Option added to ignore invalid SMTP SSL certificate (System > Configuration > Category:Email > EmailIgnoreInvalidCert)
